Ethics is about leadership … Full stop!

Of the eight critical success factors that I have set out in my Adams’ Ethics Pizza™ methodology, I have identified leadership as the one factor that stands out! As Edward Hennessy said “Ethics must begin at the top of an organisation. It is a leadership issue, and the CEO must set the example”. The ethical example that should be set by leaders at all levels is an essential building block in constructing an ethical organisation.
