Shadrack Cezula is employed by the
Department of Agriculture and Rural
Development, Free State province as
Deputy Director: Projects Implementation
Unit of the Lejweleputswa District. He
has been in this position since August
2018 to date.
He ensures that what is agreed upon
between the department and the
beneficiaries of the funded projects
del iver exactly what is in the Project
Implementation Plan. Where there is a
need for amendment, he ensures that al l
processes are fol lowed to the benefit of
the beneficiary and the department.
Shadrack has a Master’s Degree in
Publ ic Management from the Regenesys
Business School. Among al l the modules
he completed is mentoring and coaching,
which makes one to understand that
these factors are critical for people to
perfect any project.

Roxane Ferreira is a Certified Fraud
Examiner (CFE) and she is employed
by the Association of Certified Fraud
Examiners South Africa Chapter (ACFE
SA) as the Head of Operations. She is
an experienced fraud risk management
professional with a passion for ethics.
She has worked across various spheres
of business, including Risk, Integrity,
Business Management, Learning &
Development, Project Management and
Strategy with a prominent focus on
Fraud Prevention and Ethics
Management. Whi lst employed at the
Special Investigating Unit (SIU) she
was responsible for the development
and implementation of the
organisation’s fraud prevention and
response strategy plan. She also
lectured on Strategic Management and
Organisational Development at the
Tshwane University of Technology on a
part-time basis. Roxane holds an MPhi l
in Workplace Ethics (cum laude) as
wel l as a Masters degree in Business
Administration (MBA).
