10:00 AM - 11:00 AMCorruption in the Private Sector: A Challenge to Public Service and Societal Well-being
Corruption in the private sector can have a significant impact on public service by eroding accountability, trust, and the provision of basic services.

Corrupt activities by private organisations can result in unfair access to services, ineffective resource allocation, and skewed public policy. Reduced public trust, weakened government, and, eventually, harm to citizens are possible outcomes of this.

This presentation examines the impact of corruption in the private sector on public service as well as its effects on the government, service delivery, and the general welfare of society.
