All ACFE members are subject to its Code of Professional Ethics and the membership Bylaws. Additionally, CFEs must adhere to the CFE Code of Professional Standards. This course will provide an overview of these rules and the latest amendments to them, as well as explain the Disciplinary Procedures that govern investigations of alleged violations.
