The ACFE SA Fraud Examiners Learnership provides an opportunity for your company to give hands-on and practical training through a FASSET-funded learnership.

This learnership aims to prepare participants for employment in the anti-fraud industry and enhances professionalisation across sectors by launching qualified and skilled employees into the workforce.

The potential benefits of training learners on learnerships to an employer are numerous:

  • The structured learning programme of a learnership can assist employers in developing a well-trained and committed workforce.
  • Staff members are trained towards a nationally recognised qualification and this may lead to more motivated and dedicated employees.
  • Employers get to know and assess learners and have the opportunity to screen them for permanent employment without the obligation to employ them.
  • Financial benefits in the form of tax deductions and SETA grants.

Join us for this online workshop presented by Nomadlozi Buthelezi (Learnership Specialist at FASSET) to learn more about how to successfully implement a learnership.

The AFRICA Training Academy's Operational Manager, Lilanie du Plessis, will also be sharing insights regarding the academic requirements as well as the work-based component of the learnership.
